What can you do?
Laundry Collection
Please have your laundry bagged and sitting out by your front door for pickup. You can use regular plastic bags and baskets. We just ask that the clothes not overflow the baskets. If the basket is overflowing, we may have to charge for a second load.
Options and what is included
Your booking price with us includes your choice of Laundry Detergent (See options & pricing tab). Scent beads, fabric softener, etc, is an additional charge (See options & pricing tab). If you provide your laundry detergent and additives, please have them securely tightened and available with your laundry for us to pick up. We will return your items with your folded laundry. There is a 10% discount for providing your own detergent.
Stains
Please pre-treat any stains on your laundry before we pick it up. We are not liable for any stains that remain in the load.
The Fine Print
Next Day Service gives us 24 hours to wash, dry, fold your laundry, and return to your front door.
Same Day Service gives us a couple of hours to pick up, wash, dry, fold, and deliver your laundry right where we picked it up. Laundry should be picked up no later than 9am and delivered back by 6pm.
Payment
Payment must be received before your laundry is picked up. You can pay in four different ways.

What we will do?
Laundry Collection
For a scheduled weekly service, either same-day or next-day delivery, we will collect your laundry from your front door. Scheduled service will have set times for pickup. Payment can be collected at that time or you can pay via CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle (Please see above).
For as-needed bookings, please allow 30 minutes minimum for us to collect your laundry. Payment options are the same. Please have your laundry booked for pickup no later than 9:30am for same-day service.
Laundry Delivery
Deliveries for next day will arrive no later than 6pm the following day, except Sundays. For pick ups on Saturday, your laundry will be delivered on Monday morning no later than 9am. If you need a specific time for delivery, please make that notation when booking.
Same day deliveries will arrive no later than 6pm that evening.
All laundry deliveries will be placed by your front door. You will receive a text message or email confirming your laundry delivery.

We will always greet you with a smile. We know our customers are what makes this service work. Your happiness is our top priority.
When mistakes happen...
Mistakes might and will happen on rare occasions. Please be assured we are taking your business very seriously and will strive to minimize any mistakes. Lost socks are a real thing. We will make sure every sock keeps its pair. Buddy system is in full force.
We do not guarantee any stains. This is why stains must be pre-treated by you and noted to the staff when booking.
Receipts
Receipts will be included in your laundry delivery.
1 load of laundry is equivalent to 10lbs. Minimum order for services is $20.
